When vacancies come about, the employment agency forwards qualified candidates from their pool to the employers based on required experience and qualifications.

Oftentimes, employers who are very specific about what they need seek the services of a recruitment agency. FOR POTENTIAL CLIENTS (OR EMPLOYERS)

How do I get the most bang for my buck?

The truth is that, the cost of hiring a candidate often exceeds the salary, especially if it’s a bad hire. The salary is easy to calculate, but the non-wage overheads are pretty shifty. And that is the thin edge of the wedge.

HR staff, hiring managers and decision-makers alike in big companies repeatedly spend their precious resources for every job opening, advertisement, screening, initial and final interview, and background/reference verification. For small companies or startups whose employees are usually time-constrained, in-house recruiting is not a very wise investment of resources as it only takes so much of their valuable work time away, ultimately affecting the business.

This is when a dedicated headhunting partner comes in handy.

Data Talent Advisors delivers exceptional candidates – screened, shortlisted, interviewed, guaranteed – for a price that saves you over 50% over the traditional recruiting fees.

Our company hires on a regular basis. Is Data Talent Advisors a good choice?

Yes, absolutely. If your company hires on a regular basis, getting stacks of resume per job opening is effortless and normal. But that demands a lot of time for screening, only to find out in the end that half of the applicants are underqualified! In hopes of finding the best candidate, chances are you’d spend or waste even more time in the long run.

So, with Data Talent Advisors as your HR sidekick, all you have to do is focus your attention on the most qualified data talent presented and hire the one you prefer.

Do you offer replacement guarantee?

Absolutely! We offer a 6-month guarantee should the candidate we introduce to you leave, or if you require a replacement. Although, based on our experience, it is unlikely for a “perfect match” or properly screened candidate to leave a position.

Behind our clients’ high retention rate is Data Talent Advisor’s efforts in evaluating potential candidates thoroughly and making sure that the candidate is suitable for the role, culture- and skills-wise. We also provide career advisory to our candidates and manage their expectations, so we’re almost certain you won’t need our guarantee.

How long until I receive resumes from Data Talent Advisors?

As we are not only a headhunting firm but also a talent advisory, we do take the time to track the candidate’s career path, potential, motivation and cultural fit. So, normally, you’ll receive a bunch of resumes from us within 4 to 5 business days.

FOR CANDIDATES
(OR JOBSEEKERS)

I am a jobseeker/candidate. Do I pay Data Talent Advisors?

No, our services are totally free for candidates. Recruitment agencies are paid by clients.

Does an employee earn less money when placed by a recruitment agency?

No, the fee is not taken out of the employee’s salary, although that is how it is calculated. Employers as our clients pay us directly.

Why are company names not shown on job ads?

Know that it is the clients who pull the strings behind this, possibly because they have not yet discussed internally that they’re hiring, or sometimes, recruiters are asked by clients to just not make it known yet. Most of the time, however, the reason is to obtain a broader range of audience by avoiding bias on the candidate’s side. The chances are that, before candidates could even look at the job description, they lose interest already just upon seeing the company name. Concealing that detail helps candidates focus solely on the role, instead.

I have submitted my CV but was not contacted by Data Talent Advisors. Why is this?

We shall notify you via email once your CV is received. If you are an ideal candidate for a particular job role, you’ll hear from us again to discuss the opportunity further. Otherwise, with your permission, we will keep your CV in our database for future career shots.

Will my CV be sent to hiring companies without contacting me?

No. We give candidates as much importance as our clients by maintaining transparency and professionalism every step of the way. Data Talent Advisors will only pass your CV on to our clients after notifying you of the vacancy and your eligibility for the role.

Are there any questions about us or our services that you feel we haven't answered? We'd love to hear from you.
